Pentagon Park Timeline
The Origin During the mid- to late 1960s, Pentagon Office Park was a showcase development—one of the first suburban office campuses in the Midwest. Constructed by Rauenhorst Company (The Opus Group), the thoroughly modern office buildings were a feather in the cap of trendy Edina. The campus attracted international companies as well as smaller enterprises and local start-ups. Over the next forty years the complex changed hands through multiple owners, and unfortunately lacked proper vision and investment.
A New Vision In 2013, Hillcrest Development acquired the then distressed property. Rather than merely renovating the buildings to turn them, Hillcrest Development planned for a comprehensive restoration to keep the development vibrant into the future. The redevelopment creates opportunities for the modern professional office community, while respecting the past.
Today, Pentagon Park is a hub for corporations and entrepreneurs seeking an exceptional office campus.
