history.

During the mid- the to late 1960s, Pentagon Office Park was a showcase development—one of the first suburban office campuses in the Midwest. Constructed by Rauenhorst Company (The Opus Group), the thoroughly modern office buildings were a feather in the trendy Edina cap. The campus attracted international companies as well as smaller enterprises and local start-ups. Over the next forty years, the complex changed hands through multiple owners and unfortunately lacked proper vision and investment.

In 2013, Hillcrest Development acquired the then distressed property. Rather than merely renovating the buildings to turn them, Hillcrest Development planned for a comprehensive restoration to keep the development vibrant into the future. The redevelopment creates opportunities for the modern professional office community while respecting the past. Today, Pentagon Park is a hub for corporations and entrepreneurs seeking an exceptional office campus.
